# Partner team

> Give the people at your agency their own logins to the partner workspace, with per-member permissions for stores, finances and the team.

Team members are staff logins under your account that see the partner
workspace. Each member signs in with their own email and password and gets
only the parts you allow.

  account](https://launchmystore.help.center/article/1169-add-team-members-to-your-partner-account).

## Permissions

| Permission | Allows |
| - | - |
| **Stores** | Create, open, transfer and delete development stores; request, open and leave client stores |
| **Finances** | Earnings, referrals and the CSV export; payout accounts and payout requests |
| **Team** | Invite and remove members; change their permissions |

Defaults by role: **Admin** all three, **Manager** Stores only, **Staff** none.
Permissions can be changed at any time from **Affiliates → Team** and apply at
once. Only the account owner can accept the partner program terms, and
payouts always go to the owner's payout accounts.

A route a member may not use answers `403` with `partnerPermission` naming the
missing permission, and the Affiliates page hides the matching tabs.

## Invitations

**Invite member** sends an email with a temporary password; the member signs
in at the usual address and changes it under Account settings. An email that
already has a LaunchMyStore account cannot be invited.

## Limits

A store-less partner account can have up to 10 members. A store account's
members are its staff, so the plan's staff allowance applies.
