# Pickup Hub

> Click & collect from your locations, partner pickup points, ready-for-pickup emails

# Pickup Hub

Store pickup for the merchant's real locations, plus partner pickup points.
Comparable to Zapiet / Pickeasy.

## For merchants

* **Locations**: every warehouse / store you have set up is offered as a pickup
  location. Per location: opening hours, preparation time, daily cut-off,
  blackout dates, a pickup fee, a minimum order, and instructions shown to the
  shopper.
* **Nearest first**: pickup options are sorted by distance from the shopper's
  address, capped at the number and radius you choose.
* **Pickup points**: add partner lockers / counters with their own hours and
  fees; they appear alongside your locations.
* **Pickup-only products**: tag products that can only be collected; carts
  containing them hide shipping entirely.
* **Ready for pickup**: mark an order ready from the order page — the shopper
  gets an email with a collection code; mark it collected when they arrive.
  The **pickup queue** on the orders list shows today's collections.

At placement the platform re-validates the chosen pickup option with the
function and uses the **app's** fee, so a shopper cannot alter it client-side.
