# Label Press

> Invoices, packing slips, shipping labels, return forms and pick lists, printed from the admin

# Label Press

The paperwork every order needs, printed from your admin. Comparable to Order
Printer Pro, plus the document half of ShipStation.

## For merchants

* **On an order**: the order page has four buttons: **Print invoice**,
  **Print packing slip**, **Print shipping label** and **Print return form**.
  Each opens a print-ready page and the print dialog.
* **In bulk** (Orders → Documents): filter by date, fulfilment status and
  "not printed yet", select up to 100 orders, and print one document per
  order in a single window. You can also print a **pick list** that totals
  every SKU across the selected orders.
* **Printed status**: each order shows which of its documents have already
  been printed.
* **Documents**:
  * The invoice carries your number prefix, business details, tax number,
    tax breakdown, payment status, notes and footer.
  * The packing slip has tick boxes and the customer's note. Prices are
    optional.
  * The shipping label is 4 × 6 in or A6, with a Code 128 barcode of the
    tracking or order number.
  * The return form lists reasons for the customer to tick.
* **Branding**: your logo, address, colours and font, on A4 or Letter.
* **Custom templates**: replace any document with your own HTML, previewed
  live on your latest order. Scripts and event handlers are removed when you
  save.
* **Invoice email**: send the invoice to the customer when the order is placed
  or when it ships. Each order gets one email.

Documents are HTML pages with `@page` rules for the paper or label size, so
the browser's own print dialog, including "Save as PDF", produces the file.
